Peter has experience in the intersection of law and technology across jurisdictions.

Peter is our San Francisco-based consultant specializing in emerging technologies and data governance. He analyses global trends in data protection and advises clients on their duties under the California Consumer Privacy Act and other international regulations.

He previously worked as a Project Officer for a consulting firm in San Francisco implementing complex international rule-of-law projects. In that role, he oversaw day-to-day project activities to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations, and published articles on access to justice and dispute resolution. He has worked with governmental NGOs and IGOs in more than 10 countries over the past decade. 

Peter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a concentration in International and Comparative Law. He also served as a law clerk in the Liberty, Security, and Technology Clinic, which provided legal services to criminal defendants in espionage and computer crime cases.
